Vacuum Forming

Vacuum Forming is an inexpensive method of making plastic parts for low volume applications. Yoghurt cups, truck bed liners, and suitcase shells are manufactured using vacuum forming.

Low volume robotics manufacturers use vacuum forming for the the robot's outer surfaces, including body panels and lenses for lights.
